Ingredients

2 large apples you’ll need about 2 cups of grated apples

DRY
½ cup flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup dark brown sugar

WET
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 egg beaten
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 cup buttermilk can sub low fat plain yogurt
1 cup oats not instant or steel cut
